Welcome to Baránok

 

The first mention of coaching inn Baránok dates back to 1840. One of the honorable owners were brothers and famous artisan charcutiers Anton and Henrich Freudenfelds who represent a  successful era of major development  of Baránok.  Restaurant was very popular among townsmen and building of horse drawn railway with terminal depot nearby (1891) supported the popularity even more. Current owners added a hotel (2005), winter garden and summer terrace (2010).

 

Executive chef Michael Thiry and his team are using best quality seasonal ingredients from carefully selected local farmers. Baránok is a place where love for gastronomy and tradition are deeply connected.
